Scenario C: Patient Response (Public Communication)

You work for “Pharmacy Patient Support / Information Desk.” Respond to a patient inquiry about medication safety and proper use. • Question: How should I store my medication? Can I take it with other medicines? • Context: Patient emailed asking for clear guidance • Tone: Helpful, clear, non-technical • Include: Answer + when to consult the pharmacist/doctor + where to find more info • Length: 1 page email
